Prawn and Cherry Tomato Spaghetti

A simple and delicious seafood pasta dish.
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
20 cherry tomatoes
24 peeled prawns, tails-off
250g spaghetti
Pinch basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the spaghetti in a pot of boiling water. In a seperate saucepan, heat the oil and saute' onion and garlic then add cherry tomatoes. After 5-10 minutes, add prawns. Cook until prawns become pink and begin to curl. Add basil, salt and pepper to taste. Add the cooked spaghetti and mix well.
Serve immediately.
